This was the best meal of our trip. Both my husband and I loved our dishes. He has the elk Bolognese and I had the braised short rib. We had the peanut butter skillet cookie with chocolate gelato for dessert. Perfect amount of food. I would definitely eat here again! Friendly staff, quiet, nice atmosphere.

All of the food was just fantastic. The snap pea salad was crisp and filled with flavors. The trout dip was was good as it sounds, which is amazing. We had the venison and I'm absolutely certain is the best I've ever had. My wife commented that it was like duck, and she was right of course. The flavor and texture along with presentation was all like duck. Delicious.
"Fanciest" meal we had in Ouray! The food was amazingly good, even though the entrees were on the smaller side. We started with carpaccio, then moved to short ribs and venison. We ended up with a flourless chocolate cake. Everything was delicious! They informed us what I could safely order as a gluten free person, and we were able to sit on the patio with our dog.
We chose Brickhouse 737 for our anniversary dinner and it was one of the best decisions we made. We actually drove 2 hours just to experience this place, and it was absolutely worth every mile. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was perfect for a special night out. We started with the fried Brussels sprouts — the perfect mix of crispy, savory, and just the right amount of sweetness with the maple candied macadamias and amazing flavors that made us wish we ordered more. For the main course, we had the braised boneless short rib and the hanger steak. The short rib was unbelievably tender and packed with flavor, paired perfectly with the creamy horseradish whipped Yukon potatoes and vegetables. The hanger steak was cooked perfectly, with the black garlic butter and parmesan fries taking it to another level. Every bite felt like it was carefully crafted. The flourless chocolate decadence was the perfect way to end the night — rich, smooth, and the kind of dessert you keep thinking about after you leave. Brickhouse 737 delivered an unforgettable anniversary experience. Amazing food, great atmosphere, and a meal that made a 2-hour drive feel completely worth it. We will absolutely be back!!
The restaurant is beautiful inside- filled with amazing artwork and perfectly dim lights. Ambiance is 10/10 and so is the food. They have lots of gluten free options. The wine list was awesome (highly recommend trying the Palisade, CO wines). All the staff were very kind. We were so happy we ate here on our trip to Ouray. I recommend making a reservation. You won’t regret coming here.
