Ouray Brewery

To quote my daughter “this is the best buger I have had in a long time”. The restaurant was full when we arrived for lunch but Aaron was able to get our family of 4 seated in less than 10 minutes. 100% worth the short wait. We had the Green Chili Burger, Cluck Norris, Tuna Melt and Mountain Goat Burger (special). All the food was awesome. The Rye Pale was fantastic (favorite) and the IPA was well balanced and delicious. Indoor seating was comfortable and not overly crowded. Can’t wait to come back to swing in the bar seats and check out the roof during the summer.

Stopped here on the way up to the Million Dollar Highway and couldn’t have picked a better lunch spot! Be sure to head upstairs to the rooftop patio — it’s the perfect place to take in the views of Ouray’s main street and the stunning mountain waterfalls. We enjoyed a delicious burger and fries, but the menu has plenty of other local favorites to try. If you’re visiting beautiful Ouray, definitely stop by and support this great local business. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a great brewery in downtown Ouray. We made our way there on a beautiful February day. The bartender was friendly and easy to chat with.

For the dry rub wings alone - five stars and would come back again for just that. I LOVE spicy food and typically don’t find wings with enough heat even when they label it as spicy. I ordered and was skeptical. But this dry rub is laced with ghost pepper and brought the heat while also being SO deliciously flavorful!! Ate them all, seriously considered ordering more immediately but held off. They should bottle that dry rub and sell it! I would happily buy it! The beer and elote dip were also delicious too.

By far the best food we ate while in ouray. We visit often and hadn't actually given it a go until our most recent trip and we were so pleasantly surprised. Wings were great. Fries great. Burgers great. Drinks great. Service great. Atmosphere great. 10/10!
