Hidden gem great breakfast What a hidden gem! Downstairs from the Ouray T-Shirt shop in the Chipeta Emporium building at 630 Main Street. Handicap accessible via the alley just ask the staff. Great atmosphere, food and service. Just opened for two weeks at this location. We had Yankee Girl breakfast and the Miners Burrito. The menu states the burrito comes with sausage but I was offered sausage, bacon or BOTH. Naturally I got both. Along with potatoes and eggs there is a fun surprise, the burrito is lined with crispy cheese. Another treat homemade green chili salsa. Great value in our opinion. Foosball and shuffle board to keep the family busy while you wait.

Large basement brunch cafe decorated to resemble the nearby Yankee Girl mine. Try the Knickerbocker, their specialty, which is meat and egg wrapped in crispy cheese. The rest of the menu is classic brunch with a few local twists. Reasonably priced for a tourist town. Service was fast friendly and fantastic from Kimberly. My coffee cup never got more than halfway empty. She even went on a scavenger hunt to find grape jelly for me. For the nerds out there, the credit card receipt layout and format was one of the cleanest I've ever seen and quite unique. If I were a businessman I would be all over adopting this system. I will definitely be back for another breakfast before I leave town.
A definite must stop for breakfast! Service is super friendly and top notch. Kim and Rachel were awesome…they all were. Pancakes are my go to and were fantastic! Love a great pancake!! All the food was delicious. So happy I stopped. Highly recommend!!
Got brunch here. Disappointed by rude service - out of some food items, French toast didn’t have much flavor. The sausage and pancake was delicious. Very busy. Yankee prices, expensive for what it is. Crowded.
Damn good food! Damn good service! Large portions, with a decent price. Kim was a wonderful server, and quick. Wheelchair accessible from the alley. I wish I would have taken a picture of the burrito; it was as massive as the plate.
