Great counter serve place with diner type food and donuts with fresh and quick breakfast. Kids enjoyed the donuts and cinnamon rolls were huge. Breakfast tacos and breakfast sandwiches were home cookin' and although not the greatest, they were a solid meal.

Stopped in for breakfast twice during our stay. Both times the service was super friendly and fast, the food was top notch. We had pastries that were sweet and savory and warm. The next day we had ordered breakfast and was literally cooked to perfection. Just wish this wasn’t our last day here because eating this breakfast on this patio is making it that much harder to leave. We will be back as soon as we can. We love it here!

I wouldn't recommend their fried chicken. I do like my fried chicken on the extra side of crispy, but the breading was so crispy in some (many) places that it could chip a tooth if you aren't careful. The salad was good. The French fries were excellent and crispy. The price was very reasonable. The male owner didn't seem to care about my suggestion on their fried chicken. I'm not sure if there was too much baking powder in the breading or why it was just too hard to crumble up when chewing. It could seriously break or chip a tooth. Under the breading was some good chicken. The female owner seemed to care more but mainly said that the size of the chicken pieces weren't to her liking, and that is what the vendor sends them. The wing was a little small but I knew this when I ordered it. I was still full and got enough food to eat when I left.

The location and seating is nice, but then it’s not hard being in Ouray. Food is okay, nothing exceptional. Now to the service….if you can call it that. The guy taking the order was unwelcoming. Clearly not happy to be here. Trying to put in an order was like going through a military drill. And for goodness sake, don’t ask a question. We came in with a large group, I suppose you can say we got lucky because he told everyone after us that they can no longer take any orders even though it’s lunch time and they don’t close till much later.

I am glad we tried this place (was a little hesitant because of the reviews). Our food was great. And sitting on the patio to enjoy the peacefulness of this tourist town was delightful.
