We stayed at Twin Peaks last night and it was fantastic, I highly recommend! It is a beautiful cozy location, clean, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. The hot springs were incredible! The temperatures of all the pools were perfect and I loved how close they were to the mountains - we got to watch the moon come up over the peaks and it was amazing. I was especially impressed with the comfort of the rooms! No exaggeration, the beds were very comfortable - one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve slept in. Will definitely be back!

I had an amazing time in Ouray! The front desk staff is very nice, friendly, helpful. The location was perfect because the town is very cozy so you can basically walk anywhere you need. The town closes at like 8pm tho with the exception of a few restaurants. Hotel essential needs were met and the convenience of hot springs on property was phenomenal. It was very relaxing and the overall experience was exactly as expected!!! Thank you Twin Peaks my family’s happy and so am I

Overall, really happy with our stay. We arrived at 9 pm, and the parking lot for our hotel was completely full. There was a trailer that took up at least 10 parking spots, in addition to the many dirtbikes that were using one space each. 🙄 I feel like there should be a designated area for trailers to park, so they aren’t using most of the parking spaces that are designated for guests. I realize this isn’t really the hotels fault, but it was frustrating. We had to park away from The parking lot and therefore had to unload everything, including our mountain bikes. Besides that, the room was cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. The TV was on a low table, so not super visible from bed, but that was ok. The rooms are pretty outdated. Had trouble with the toilet flushing. If you want to rent a robe, it’s $5 per robe. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! The lady that was running that area was incredibly helpful and nice. She deserves a raise! We asked for a late checkout, which was an extra $25 for just an extra hour. I’ve never experienced that at a hotel before. We wanted more time to relax since we arrived so late and spent extra time finding somewhere to park our truck. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The hot spring pools were clean and very nice temperatures. The location was absolutely beautiful. We will absolutely book a room here again!

Wow. The hot springs has been really updated! The rooms are average and dated but the actual main attraction the hot springs is top notch! 9 hot spring tubs all with beautiful stone are spread out and range in temps. 2 full size pools also. And a very very cold plunge pool is awesome! They also have a vapor cave with sauna room and steam room. Perfect and again beautifully done. Beautiful flowers everywhere. Even the entrance door to the springs area is beautiful. 2 of the hot tubs are covered overhead . All of them have amazing Mountain Views of Ouray which are truly amazing. Breakfast is like a decent hotel buffet. Get a rate with breakfast of your choice can online to save. They include use of robes and towels for the springs just be sure to leave them in room.

Rude and unhelpful front desk staff. The resort doesn’t tell you what your charges are and when you ask for a print out of your folio to better understand what you’re paying for, you’re given an attitude and told that your charges will just show up on the credit card when you leave. If this hotel refuses to print anything under the guise of being “green”, at least email the guests an itemized expected charges statement at check in. It’s not that hard. Besides the unwelcome, constantly bothered attitude from the front desk, this place clearly has shady business practices and it goes hand in hand with the following: 1- Dingy state of rooms (see other reviews for details), 2-The cheap quality serving tools at the breakfast buffet that are either falling apart, melting, burning your hands when using, or just plain missing. In summertime, there is major fly problem in the greenhouse cafeteria around all that food. 3- When it snows, may God help you. The guests are slipping and sliding all over the ground while walking from one pool to another or while walking on the sidewalk outside. My daughter and I slipped and fell on snow/ice and watched countless others do the same. Someone’s going to fall and break something and this place will get sued to oblivion. It’s obvious, the owners have updating some things, (vapor caves and locker rooms are a nice addition), while blatantly ignoring others. This is my third time staying here for the hot pools and the beauty of Ouray but it’s definitely my last. And I’m so dissatisfied with this experience, I can’t let it go without warning others. As a Colorado native for 20+ years, I can tell you that there are plenty other hot springs to visit that won’t charge you $325+ a night for such terrible service.
